Sorry I haven't been able to post in a while... This is actually a portrait of Marcus Smith(Masman) and his girl friend. His site: http://www.facebook.com/pages/The-Art-of-MAS/101479929959546
I had the chance to tackle some new blending techniques:
Before:
After:
Outstanding! And a perfect work for Halloween :) ! The blending looks great, as does the entire work. Luv the action, expressions, detail, and color. Marcus and his girl friend are getting an awesome work!
ReplyDeleteSuper nice utility of light, nice likenesses - spot on. Good to see you back!
ReplyDeleteThe second I saw the thumbnail I knew that had to be Marcus. Good work. I like the light bleed and the specular of the "after" image, but I prefer the color palette of the "before" image. It feels more ominous and foreboding. Something about that orange light is unsettling and unnatural where as the white light is very bright and looks like day light. Great move with the fun house style wallpaper. It in itself is very creepy. Nice perspective, nice likenesses. Good work.
