Mantis is kind of a forgotten member of the Apokolips cast, despite having power that rivals Darkseid himself. It's most likely because he has the least imposing costume out of all of them, and yes I'm including Glorious Godfrey in that qualifier.

ReplyDeleteI always thought he looked more like one of Kirby's marvel characters. He kind of looks like a human version of fin fang foom. Nice use of color and great intensity in the face.
